Welcome to our FAQ. Here we have collected answers to the most common questions about our products, materials, shipping and returns. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to email us at hello@greenlaces.se .

Shipping & Delivery

What delivery methods do you offer?

We currently offer DHL as a delivery method. The shipping cost is 49 SEK.

Which countries does Green Laces deliver to?

We deliver to all countries with DHL.

How quickly can I expect to receive my delivery?

We have a delivery time of 2-3 working days within the Nordic region. You will receive an email when your package is on its way to you. Approximately 5-7 working days outside the Nordic region.

How do I know when my package has left the warehouse?

Once your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that the package is on its way to you.

You will also receive an SMS from DHL with a tracking link where you can follow your package.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not collect your package from the drop-off location, it will automatically be sent back to us after 14 days. We charge a fee of 150 SEK for uncollected packages.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an SMS from DHL with a tracking link where you can follow your package.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We hope you enjoy your items as much as we do. However, if you need to make a return, please note that we include a return shipping label in our packages. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and all items are eligible for return – even those purchased on sale.

All returned items are carefully inspected by our warehouse. To receive a full refund, items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags still attached and the original shoe boxes undamaged. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear.

For security reasons, refunds are only made to the same card or account used for the purchase. When we refund a card purchase, your card is credited with a unique reference number that identifies the transaction. Your card details are never stored by Green Laces.

How do I return my order?

1. Fill out the return form included with your order and include it in the return package.
Send an email to hello@greenlaces.se with your order number and request a return shipping number.
You are welcome to write a line about why you want to return the item - it helps us develop both the business and our product range.

2. We will send you a tracking number that you can take to your nearest DHL agent. The DHL agent will then label the package and send it back to us.

3. Please pack the goods carefully – once we have approved the return we will adjust your payment. If the goods are clearly used or if the original packaging is damaged, we will unfortunately not be able to approve the return.

How much does it cost to return?

The return shipping costs 75 SEK and is deducted from the amount you receive back for your order.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once we have processed the refund, the amount will be credited to your card within 14 business days. For invoice payments, the amount will be adjusted immediately, and for installment payments, the amount will be updated when you receive your invoice.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@greenlaces.se with your order number and ask to exchange your product for a different size or color.

2. We will send you a shipping number that you take to the nearest DHL agent.

3. Fill out the return form and indicate that you want to make an exchange.

5. The DHL agent will then label the package and send it back to us.

6. Once we have received your exchange, we will of course send you the size/color you wish to exchange to.

How do I make a complaint?

If you would like to make a complaint and believe it is due to a manufacturing defect, please inform us. Send pictures along with an explanation to hello@greenlaces.se and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When we receive a complaint, we handle it in order of priority according to the following policy:

  • We are investigating the possibility of repairing the product. If the problem can be solved through repair, it is preferable. We strongly oppose a throw-away mentality and strive not to contribute to the waste of useful products.

  • We will replace your product with a new one.

  • You will receive a refund, a replacement product of equal value or, if you prefer, a store credit.
Can I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order.

I want to add a product or change my order, how do I do that?

You are welcome to email us at hello@greenlaces.se and we will be happy to help if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to implement it.

What shoe size should I choose?

A size guide is available on each product sheet to help you choose the right size. If you want more precision, please contact our customer service at hello@greenlaces.se .

Should I size up or down in VEJA?

We recommend that you go up one size from the one you normally wear.

How do I use a discount code?

Click on the shopping cart and go to checkout, on the left you will see an overview of your product(s) and below it there is a field for a discount code. Add the code to the field and click "apply" next to the code, and the total amount will be updated.

Please note that you cannot combine the code with other discounts. If you want to remove the code, simply click on the cross in the right corner of the code.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a store in Stockholm, Sweden. Our store is located at Götgatan 28.
