Terms and conditions for Green Laces

General terms and conditions

We sell to private individuals and companies within Sweden.

Requirements: Valid personal or corporate ID number and Swedish identification
Age limit: 18 years (or parental consent)
If a minor makes a purchase with a card, the cardholder is responsible for payment.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time: 3–4 days with DHL
Shipping cost: 49 SEK
Return shipping: SEK 75 (deducted from the refund)
Free returns in store
In-store pickup: Free of charge (Götgatan 28, Stockholm)

Card payment

- SSL encrypted and 3D Secure certified

Invoice via Svea Ekonomi
- 14 day payment terms
- Credit check is carried out
- Late payment interest: 2% per month
- In case of non-payment, the case will be sent to debt collection.

Partial payment via Svea Ekonomi
- Example: effective interest rate 10.68% for purchases of SEK 10,000 over 12 months
- Setup fee: 195 SEK
- Cancellation fee: 29 SEK

Returns and cancellation rights

14-day open purchase

Return conditions:
- Goods must be unused
- Labels must remain on.
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- Shoe boxes must be protected with outer packaging

Return process:
1. Fill out the attached return form
2. Email hello@greenlaces.se with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
3. Wait for tracking number from us
4. Drop off the package at a DHL service point

Important about returns:
- Do not send cash on delivery
- Return address: Green Laces AB, Hökens gata 7, 116 46 Stockholm
- Refunds will be made to the same card/account as used for the purchase.

Complaints

Right of complaint: 3 years according to Swedish law
In case of a defect in the product:
- Email hello@greenlaces.se

-Describe the problem
- We prioritize repair over replacement

Unclaimed packages

Pickup time: 2 weeks
Fees for unclaimed packages:
- Return shipping
- Handling fee: 150 SEK

- Printing error
