- The wine industry in Italy produces tons of wine every year, during which the remaining waste is usually thrown away. To create the vegan leather, grape waste is mixed with water-based PU and placed on a woven textile made of recycled polyester. Using recycled plastic not only reduces the production of new plastic that causes mass destruction on our planet, it also cleanses the earth of waste products and gives them a new life. Life cycle analyses show that vegan leather with fruit fiber emits 89% less carbon dioxide on average than animal leather, which means that a pair of sneakers from MoEa has a five-times lower emission figure than a pair of conventional sneakers.

Shoe care in 9 easy steps:
1. Clean regularly
Brush away dirt with a shoe brush. Then use a gentle cleaning product that is suitable for the material.

Avoid direct heat – it can damage the material. Let the shoes air dry in peace and quiet.

Shoe blocks help maintain shape and reduce wrinkles. Especially good for leather, but works for all types of shoes.

Impregnation spray protects against dirt and moisture – a real life insurance for your shoes.

- Clean as usual – preferably with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
- Use impregnation to protect against moisture and dirt.
- Want to freshen up the surface? Choose a vegan shoe polish.
- Important: Do not use leather grease like you would with animal skin – it clogs the material. You want to create a protective surface that allows your foot to breathe.
Bonus: Don't forget the soles
Worn out soles can shorten the life of your shoes. Take a look every now and then – and don’t hesitate to contact us or your local shoemaker for advice.

Can I trade in another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do our best to process orders quickly and unfortunately we are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If there has been an error with your order information, the quickest way is to place a new order with the correct information and then contact our customer service.
How quickly can I expect to receive my delivery?
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the stated timeframes.
How do I return my goods?
We do not currently offer free returns for customers. You will therefore be responsible for all costs of returning items to us. We recommend that you mark your package as "returned goods" to avoid additional customs fees.
